Do I Qualify?
Compass has worked tirelessly to make the concierge program works efficiently. With the Concierge Approval Guarantee clause almost every client is qualified and it is always easy to get exceptions approved. Additionally, by submitting the form, we can confirm if you will be approved as well as give you the estimated amount your home renovation loan would be.
How it Works
In most cases, we guarantee a home loan with 0% interest allowing you to sell your home much faster and for more money! Once approved, we will work with you to decide what services are most needed to increase the value of your home. We will then work with the vendors and tailor a marketing plan unique to you. Once the home is listed and offers have been made, we will then collect the concierge money at the close of escrow. More detail about the process is listed under How Does Compass Concierge Works
Services
The concierge program covers a large list of home renovation services. Some of the most commonly used services include floor replacement, fresh paint, lighting fixtures, staging, landscaping, and general contractor fees. Keep in mind, each client is different and we will tailor the services to your needs!
